HVAC Tune-Up & Safety Inspection
• Replace customer supplied air filters
• Inspect inside evaporator coil
• Inspect primary and secondary drains
• Clean and test condensate drain
• Inspect blower components
• Inspect condenser coil
• Inspect and tighten all loose electrical connections
• Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
• Check refrigerant levels
• Monitor air conditioning and heating cycles

• Check primary & auxiliary limit switch operation

Terms and Conditions
Our Priority Service Package offers a biannual HVAC inspection and an annual plumbing in - spection within one year of the signed enroll - ment date. RT Services will contact the customer to schedule their biannual HVAC inspections via email. If the customer does not have an email ad - dress on file, it will be the customer’s responsibility to contact the office to schedule their inspection. Customers may call in at any time to schedule their biannual inspection, if they choose. Cus - tomers are responsible for contacting RT Services to schedule their annual Plumbing inspection. Services will be provided during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm. RT Services is not responsible for delays beyond the company’s control such as; Acts of God, ac - cidents, telephone problems and but not limited to labor disturbances. Services will be provided to the same location as originally agreed upon when signing the enrollment. All services ren - dered after normal business hours will be pro - vided at priority pricing. Priority Service Packag - es are non-refundable. Any discounts within the year of the agreement will be applied before can - cellations, for monthly payments. Priority Service Packages auto renew annually, unless RT Services is contacted to cancel before their auto renew - al. By signing the customer enrollment, you have read and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the Priority Service Package. Pricing and terms are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and/or unfore - seen economic circumstances
